Online Order Form
All online flower orders will be charged to Credit Card (Mastercard-Visa-American
Express). To process your order using Visa, MasterCard, or Amex, please
fill in the secure order form with the requested information exactly as it
appears on your monthly card statement.
Service charge & applicable
taxes are extra. All orders going to Canada from Canada will be charged in
Canadian funds. All American and International orders will be charged in
US funds.
Payment Policy
You have AGREED to the following terms and conditions regarding your order:- You will not deny payment on account of a subtitution in flowers, container and/or accessories.
- A service fee and delivery charge will be added.
- If any portion of your order (Customer Billing/Information & Recipient Information) is incorrect and delays delivery, your order will be subject to a fee (20% of total value of the order).
- Our store policy states that we would be happy to give you a store credit useable at anytime but we do not refund credit cards or cash purchases.
Changing or Canceling Floral Order Delivery
If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate request for changes or cancellations as long as we receive them before the order has been sent out on delivery or prepared for shipment.- We are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery.
